Maintenance is handled quickly and cost-effectively, with your approval every step of the way.

Property management is our specialty — not a sideline. With a small, experienced team and Principal involvement in the day-to-day, your property won’t get lost in the shuffle. We’re known for same-day communication, long-term staff stability, and a proactive approach that prevents problems before they become costly.
How much does it cost?
When you own a $million+ investment property you shouldn’t be so focused on the lowest fees. Sure there are plenty of low cost providers out there with ‘bare bones’ service models and inexperienced managers handling 100’s of properties in their portfolio-but is that what you really need? If you really think about it you may be saving a few dollars a month in management fees but you are putting your property and your financial well being at huge risk. Our fees are cost-effective and completely transparent. Our management fee is scaled and starts at 6% plus GST. There are some other fees like let fees, lease renewal fees etc and these will be discussed with you before signing your management agreement.
